So, Those 7 things are…

1. Use our 30+ years experience and knowledge to provide a solution

We have 30+ years’ experience in the industry so why not put it to good use! Our team have delt and worked with all sorts of companies, from food packagers to nuclear plants, so they do know a thing or two about selecting the right product for the application. You can trust them to get the job done.

2. Research your application

Of course, nobody knows your application better than yourself, but we certainly like to give it a good go. Before providing you with a solution we ask plenty of questions about your application and go away and do a bit of research about it! This way we know we’ll get it right first time.

3. We communicate

Were not here for a quick sale, we like to get to know you, your company, and your application. This makes it easier for us to provide the right solution, for you to feel reassured and so we can ensure our products are performing the best. You will always be involved in the process with Franke. You’ll never be unsure as to what’s going on or waiting for a response.

4. Site Assessments

Would you rather us come see your application in person? that’s fine! We offer a site assessment service where we come to your site and get a feel for the application and what’s going to be the best solution.

5. Offer products that meet requirement

Some examples of applications we use that have to meet a regulation are: Computer tomograph, beverage bottling and food packaging systems.

These have to be up to hygiene requirements and be able to withstand aggressive environmental conditions.

6. Friendly, personal service

In the UK office were a really small team of under 5 so when you are dealing with us it’s on a much more personal level, you’ll speak to the same team member throughout your journey with us.

7. Being Honest

Were not about time wasting at Franke UK. If what you’re looking for isn’t something we do, then we’ll let you know straight away and point you in the direction of someone who can help you. But if we can help then we’ll waste no time at all and get the ball rolling.
